Ampere Craft provides custom embedded product development, IoT solutions, software and firmware development, PCB design, and electronic manufacturing services. Our offerings include but are not limited to: embedded software for microcontrollers, analog/digital hardware design, and IoT applications with cloud server and smartphone app integration.
All intellectual property, including software, firmware, and hardware designs, created by Ampere Craft remains our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project contract, unless otherwise agreed.
Ampere Craft maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose any proprietary information without explicit client permission.
Clients must provide clear, detailed requirements for their embedded or IoT project. Any changes to the project scope after agreement may incur additional costs and extend timelines. All changes must be agreed upon in writing.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project contracts. Ampere Craft reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity and unforeseen technical challenges.
Ampere Craft warrants that our services will be performed in a professional manner. However, due to the complex nature of embedded systems and IoT solutions, we cannot guarantee that all products will be completely free from defects. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Our solutions may incorporate third-party hardware or software components. While we ensure compatibility, we are not responsible for defects or issues arising from these third-party components.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
